摘要: A method is illustrated to determine what colors may be achieved utilizing the FD&C aluminum lakes as colorants. Lakes were mixed with a tablet excipient, compressed, and reflectance was measured. color solid constructed at fixed values of lightness. Reduction in caused by limitations imposed Federal regulations pharmaceutical requirements also illustrated. The use such technique aids making matches defines extent realizable colors.
