摘要: Integrated hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA is found in the great majority of human hepatocellular carcinomas, suggesting that these viral integrations may be implicated liver oncogenesis. Besides insertional mutagenesis characterized a few selected cases and contribution transactivators to cell transformation malignancy, HBV has been shown generate gross chromosomal rearrangements potentially involved carcinogenesis. Here, we report t(3;8) translocation present carcinoma developed noncirrhotic tissue. One side translocation, 8p23, vicinity carboxypeptidase N gene, locus heavily transcribed tissue frequently deleted carcinomas other epithelial tumors. The 3q27-29, widely several types translocations occurring different malignancies, such as large-cell lymphomas. data strongly support model which HBV-induced play key role during multistep
