摘要: The increasing need of ubiquitous wireless connectivity is pushing towards the emergence hybrid technologies and networks merging advantages different standards. In correspondence to new environment, handoff (HO) algorithms are needed for maximizing efficiency HO decision-making process guaranteeing best possible service quality. Apart considering pure parameters HO, in future it also important take account user preferences. this paper we propose two vertical (VHO) schemes, based on fuzzy logics neural networks. mechanism interworking among taken granted. We will show that multi-parametic turns out be a useful necessary step development environments.
