摘要: p-Hydroxylcinnamaldehyde (CMSP) has been identified as an inhibitor of the growth various cancer cells. However, its function in oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and underlying mechanism remain unclear. The aim present study was to characterize differentiation effects CMSP, well ESCC Kyse30 TE-13 CMSP viability, colony formation, migration invasion cells determined by MTS, colony-formation, wound healing transwell assays. Western blotting pull-down assays were used investigate effect on expression level malignant markers ESCC, activity MAPKs, RhoA GTP-RhoA We found that could inhibit proliferation induce differentiation, characterized dendrite-like outgrowth, decreased tumour-associated antigens, markers. Furthermore, increased cAMP, p-P38 activities ERK, JNK GTP-RhoA, detected after treatment with CMSP. These results indicated induced through mediating cAMP-RhoA-MAPK axis, which might provide new potential strategies for treatment.
