摘要: Background Progress in maternal survival sub-Saharan Africa has been poor since the Millennium Declaration. Objectives This systematic review aims to investigate presence and rigour of evidence for effective capacity building Essential Obstetric Newborn Care (EONC) reduce mortality rural, Africa, where ratios are highest globally.
