摘要: This paper describes the QUIC-URB fast response urban wind modeling tool and evaluates it against tunnel data for a 7 × 11 cubical building array wide street canyon. is based on Rockle diagnostic strategy that rapidly produces spatially resolved fields in areas can be used to drive dispersion models. Rockle-type models do not solve transport equations momentum or energy; rather, they rely heavily empirical parameterizations mass conservation. In model-experiment comparisons, we test two flow within model: our implementation of standard (SR) algorithms set modified (MR) algorithms. The MR model attempts build strengths SR introduces additional physically based, but simple significantly improve results most regions both cases. vortices front buildings, rooftops canyons have velocities compare much more favorably experimental results. We expect these improvements field will result improved calculations built environments.
