摘要: Momentum balance in the air-sea boundary process is discussed on basis of a recent study (Mitsuyasu and Honda, 1982). It shown that momentum transferred from wind to water surface goes largely into waves when steepness large. For wind-generated waves, however, much lost by wave breaking, only small amount advected waves.
