摘要: The ultrahigh sensitivity atomic spin magnetometer as the magnetic measurement sensor has received much concern. performance of shielding cylinder is one key factors constraining magnetometer’s sensitivity. In order to effectively improve performances shielding, parameter optimization models were established in this paper. Under condition changing only while others keeping constant, effects various parameters influencing axial coefficient comprehensively analyzed, and results showed that smaller innermost length, radius, radial spacing were, greater was, better could be obtained. According these actual needs, was optimally designed, then simulated via software Ansoft. simulation optimized had advantages small size, high performance, lager uniformity than nonoptimized one. residual magnetism below 0.1 nT, which 2~4 times lower
