摘要: The preparation of smart surfaces for protein detection is a challenging field research. With the aim to achieve label-free in solid state, we report on organic surface functionalization recognition without need previous chemical modification fluorophore. Layer-by-layer deposition polyelectrolyte poly(vinyl benzyl tetramethylammonium) chloride (p(VBTMA)Cl) and tetrasulfonate water-soluble low molecular weight fluorophore (1) based spirobifluorene leads modified glass quartz substrates with outstanding photophysical properties response bovine serum albumin (BSA). absorbance, photoluminescence as well fluorescence lifetimes were recorded all surfaces. structure height different number bilayers polymer/fluorophore characterized by atomic force microscopy ellipsometry. results show linear trends absorption, multilayer increasing steps. Upon incubation BSA shows an increase up 3-fold, which also detectable naked eye. In conclusion, easy, fast biocompatible approach construction sensors self-assembly.
