摘要: The levels of biochemical parameters in the blood serum Simmental service bulls were studied. research was conducted on twelve at age four to seven. taken occasions by needle biopsy from vena jugularis externa. In samples serum, activities specified alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate (AST), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), creatine-kinase (CK) and concentrations total proteins, albumins, calcium magnesium, triglycerides cholesterol. Since there are no data concerning bulls, results obtained compared with literature cows. GGT CK examined higher than cows, while AST magnesium lower. triglycerides, cholesterol almost equivalent. differences observed indicate necessity establishing referential rates for as opposed will be useful routine diagnostics metabolic profile bulls.
