摘要: The method for continuous cultivation of Plasmodium falciparum has now been successfully applied to several strains from different geographical areas. It used tests antimalarial drugs, studies parasite-host cell interactions with special reference sickle haemoglobin, and the production amounts parasite sufficient experimental immunisation Aotus trivirgatus monkeys.
