摘要: AIMS: To report the outcome with radiotherapy and concomitant chemoradiotherapy in patients locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma base of tongue treated followed up at single institution over a period 15 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study was carried out by auditing medical records 103 our between 1991 2006. Disease free survival overall is 25.51 months 22.53 8.67 6.74 Grade mucosal toxicity incidence higher CONCLUSIONS: In infusional results disease modality. better tumor response comes cost toxicity.
