摘要: Herein, a conceptually new and straightforward aqueous route is described for the synthesis of hydroxyl- amino-functionalized boron nitride quantum dots (BNQDs) with yields (QY) as high 18.3 % by using facile bottom-up approach, in which mixture boric acid ammonia solution was hydrothermally treated one pot at 200 °C 12 h.
