One-Step Synthesis of Boron Nitride Quantum Dots: Simple Chemistry Meets Delicate Nanotechnology.

摘要: Herein, a conceptually new and straightforward aqueous route is described for the synthesis of hydroxyl- amino-functionalized boron nitride quantum dots (BNQDs) with yields (QY) as high 18.3 % by using facile bottom-up approach, in which mixture boric acid ammonia solution was hydrothermally treated one pot at 200 °C 12 h. The functionalized BNQDs, excellent photoluminescence properties, could be easily dispersed an medium applied fluorescent probes detection ferrous (Fe(2+) ) ferric (Fe(3+) ions selectivity low limits. mechanisms hydrothermal reaction fluorescence quenching were also simulated density functional theory (DFT), confirmed feasibility advantages this strategy. It provides scalable eco-friendly method preparation BNQDs good dispersability generalized to other 2D nanoplates.
