摘要: Consumer preference for a totally clear, shining apple juice has made clarified much more popular than unclarified natural juice. The production of clear requires the removal suspended material and prevention development turbidity after bottling. Freshly pressed contains solids that are deliberately precipitated prior to filtration. This precipitation step is called clarification. Other measures often taken remove soluble materials have potential form after-bottling hazes. These fining. Fining methods, which can haze particles as well materials, discussed in chapter 5.
