摘要: Abstract The spot position and size of a proton beam are critical parameters in the scanning dose delivery system. They need to be validated efficiently accurately. But traditional methods work poorly some non-ideal cases. In this study, we develop effective means for verification algorithm, including student’s t distribution fitting Slope method, as well improved Gaussian algorithm. And verify accuracy them experimentally. That is several times higher than one algorithms. root mean square error (RMSE) algorithm less 0.2 mm signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) 30 dB even when damaged strip exists around spot. Furthermore, implement proposed arithmetic method Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) test their efficiency. If clock frequency chip with enough calculation resources 10 MHz, computing time can 6 μ s 4 , respectively. Finally, conduct simulation experiment. result shows that RMSE three all 0.3 mm SNR 25 dB.
