摘要: By using podophyllotoxin as a phytoinsecticidal lead compound, 15 novel aromatic esters of 4'-demethyl-4-deoxypodophyllotoxin were semisynthesized and preliminarily tested for their insecticidal activity against the pre-third-instar larvae Mythimna separata Walker in vivo first time. Among all compounds, especially two 4m 4o, containing pyridinyl group, which final corrected mortality rates M. at 1 mg/mL 62.9 59.2%, respectively, showed most promising pronounced compared with toosendanin, commercial insecticide derived from Melia azedarach . The quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) compounds 4a-4o that relative number benzene rings heat formation very important descriptors to activity.
