摘要: The effective response actions can significantly reduce the damage caused by disasters, but emergency managers require plenty of information before setting up appropriate strategies. data gathering and analyzing processes are complex time is constrained during emergency. A GIS-based decision support system was developed to enhance operations typhoon attacks in Taiwan. integrates real rainfall monitor forecast information, hazard potential, basic spatial database help making decisions efficiently.
