摘要: Semiconducting silaindacenodithiophene polymers have been synthesized and their semiconducting properties reported. These with low-lying LUMO energy levels exhibit excellent ambipolar behavior in field-effect transistors both hole electron mobilities of greater than 0.1 cm2/(V s) recorded, high power-conversion efficiencies 4% solar cell devices.
