摘要: Abstract The accurate determination of bore hole temperatures must generally be delayed until the drilling induced temperature transients have decayed to a negligible value. A numerical analysis thermal structure bottom region during brief cessations shows that after few hours dependence perturbation on time becomes linear log-log plot. This allows equilibrium ±0.005°C. method has been partially tested in Steeple Aston borehole, Oxfordshire, England, and may make possible rapid inexpensive measurements heat flow.
