摘要: Hypothesis: Objective analysis of the outcome phonosurgery is needed to allow comparison different surgical techniques or indications, both. We tried demonstrate that measurement mean oral airflow during production a sustained vowel could be used in combination with acoustic measurements such as jitter shimmer for assessment voice improvement after phonosurgery. Study Design: This prospective study included 27 consecutive patients who underwent 3-month period. Method: Perceptual served “gold standard.” (oral airflow, jitter, shimmer) on most stable portion /a/ were made using EVA system (SQ-Lab, Aix-en-Provence, France). Results: Oral was significantly greater poor perceptual results than good results. Jitter and not because dispersion values. Discriminant factorial showed shimmer, able identify 77% cases. Conclusions: allows simple, quick, reliable can everyday clinical practice.
