摘要: The cardiac glycosides digoxin, ouabain, k-strophanthin, k-strophanthoside and scillaren B possess antiveratrinic activity. Bufotoxin has a similar effect. This been demonstrated in the sartorius muscle of frog under veratridine. activity resides aglycone, as was by studies on strophanthidin. Dihydrostrophanthidin much lower than structural isomer iso-strophanthidin stereoisomer allo-strophanthidin are inactive.
