Development of a model of operational psychodynamic diagnosis

摘要: Since 1992 a working group called "Operationalized Psychodynamic diagnoses" conceptualized model of operationalized psychodynamic diagnosis in Germany. This includes the most important diagnostic dimensions from view which are: Axis I: Experience with illness and treatment preconditions. II: Habituated relationships patient, III: Intrapsychic conflicts IV: structure personality development V: The level symptoms or syndromes. axis is adapted to ICD-10. these done special subgroups during 1994 first empirical studies reliability other test-related were proved. In this paper essentials are shown further developments discussed.
