The Relationship Between Work Motivation and Leadership Practices Among Graduates of a Master's Degree Program

摘要: This study examined the relationship between work motivation and leadership practices among graduates of a master’s degree program in education administration supervision. The was conducted an effort to produce information relevant human resources secondary school administrators identify potential professional development topics for districts college training programs. Data were collected through quantitative research methodology. First, sought determine each participant’s as measured by Work Motivation Inventory differences participant scores on that inventory. Secondly, Leadership Practices third objective if there is participants’ using correlation analysis. Graduates’ showed statistically significant positive relationships score Accomplishment five identified Model Way, Inspire Shared Vision, Challenge Process, Enable Others Act, Encourage Heart. Statistically also noted Power four Affiliation iii with one practices, Act. Implications from findings areas future center around leaders. Further should be considered linking practices.
