摘要: The main objective of this study was to investigate whether the α-lactalbumin (α-LA) content bulk milk is related with some known inflammatory markers and quality traits. An additional combining α-LA, haptoglobin (Hp), serum amyloid A (SAA) in an acute phase index (API) could be useful as alternative marker for quality. For dairy industry, it great importance receive high manufacture liquid products. somatic cell count (SCC) currently used indirect quality, but because somewhat insensitive unspecific, interest exists markers. Bulk samples were analyzed SCC, polymorphonuclear leukocyte count, Hp, SAA, fat, lactose, total protein casein contents, number, composition, proteolysis, coagulating properties. No significant differences found or SAA between containing low, medium, concentrations α-LA. Differences α-LA groups were, however, traits concentration low α(S1)-, α(S2)-, β-caseins lactose β-lactoglobulin. API number. Samples SCC contained less had a lower number than proteolysis significantly higher milk. Neither nor proved better investigated, not considered
