摘要: Transection of anterior 5 segments inMetaphire peguana engenders characteristic changes in the functional activity ventral nerve cord-neurosecretory system event cephalic regeneration. Of two types neurosecretory cells, moderately stained cells remain more susceptible when cell structure, location nucleus, amount secretory inclusions and their transportation to zone accumulation are considered. Overall engorgement substances refrained from axonal transport, moderate flow coupled with slight depletion finally acute at 24, 48 72 hr after amputation respectively some notable features registered course this investigation.
