摘要: Managing Service Level Agreement (SLA) within a cloud-based system is important to maintain service continuity and improve trust due cloud flexibility scalability. We conduct general review on systems understand how are addressed in SLA management. The shows that renegotiation necessary continuity; however, research limited. Of the two key approaches renegotiation, namely bargaining-based negotiation offer generation--based negotiation, latter approach most promising its ability generate optimized multiple-offer parameters one round during renegotiation.
