Psychologist and physician diagnoses of hospitalized patients with similar MMPI symptomatology.

摘要: MMPI profiles, including L, K, and F validity scale data, were examined for 40 hospitalized psychiatric patients, whom diagnoses from both psychologists physicians available. Comparison of diagnostic patterns the same especially Personality Disorders Schizophrenics, showed relatively little agreement between disciplines. Discriminant function analyses also that each discipline weighted scales differently in determining diagnosis, even though profiles patient sample essentially identical. The seemingly played a nonsignificant role set inconsistently applied diagnoses.
