摘要: Abstract The widespread and increasing use of linear alkylbenzenesulfonates (LAS) has shown the need for analytical procedure LAS. A method been developed to isolate, concentrate determine trace levels LAS from marine environmental samples. were extracted with Bond Elut C 18 reversed-phase minicolumn quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography fluorophotometric detection. This can LAS, simply, rapidly, specifically sensitively minimize risk contamination. showed limit determination each component approx. 0.1 μg l −1 water, 0.03 g (dry basis) bottom sediment or 0.3 (wet fish sample, recovery 80% 87% 86% reproduceability 3–4% relative standard deviation five-replicated analysis sea water sediment. proposed was employed in samples Tokyo bay, Japan. concentration range between 0.8 30 found bay water. highest detected coastal areas.
