摘要: Abstract The dynamics of various neutral particles during laser ablation YBa2Cu3O7−{ce:italic}x{/ce:italic} in the O2 ambient gas is investigated using post ionization mass spectrometry combination with molecular beam technique. environment found to favor oxide cluster formation plume. pressure above ∼ 100 mTorr results a pulsating character plume expansion within finite propagation distance.
