摘要: We propose a scheme to realize scalable quantum computation in planar ion crystal confined by Paul trap. show that the inevitable in-plane micromotion affects gate design via three separate effects: renormalization of equilibrium positions, coupling transverse motional modes, and amplitude modulation addressing beam. demonstrate all these effects can be taken into account high-fidelity gates are possible presence micromotion.
