摘要: Abstract The present status of experimental and theoretical investigations hypernuclear physics is reviewed. We emphasize the unique aspects hadronic many-body systems containing nonzero strangeness opportunities that exist to exploit this physics. Our understanding elementary hyperon-nucleon interaction its role in few-body summarized. In particular, we examine constraints our knowledge place upon parameterizations realistic force models. Also, issues involving structure p-shell hypernuclei as well weak decays are summarized some detail. Finally, future prospects for strange-particle nuclear Λs, ∑s, Ξs at existing facilities discussed.
