摘要: Petroleum substances are widely used in many industries and as lubricants fuels motor vehicles. Due to the pipeline failure, lost of on loading stations area traffic crashes, petroleum contamination soils very common. High concentration pollutants soil, leads reduced activity indigenous microflora extends their fate environment. However solubility water products is low, could easily move from accident site other places with surface groundwater streams. It especially important resources or agriculture areas. The high costs removal oil spills soil ground, forces search for low-cost effective methods decontamination by “in situ” methods. aim this study was compare effectiveness biodegradation diesel fuel mineral contaminated substances, after “Fyre-Zyme” enzyme reagent stimulation / hydrogen peroxide. Obtained results indicate degradation process oil, either peroxide compared control samples 60 days period experiment. This indicates possibility use tested additives bioremediation processes a cheap alternative ex-situ
