摘要: Objectives: In this study, we investigated the effect of metamizole on ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury an analysis biochemistry, molecular gene expression, and histopathology in rat ovary female albino Wistar rats. Materials Methods: Animals were divided into four groups; control group with induced ischemia-reperfusion (IRC), +100 mg/kg sodium (MS) (IRM-100), +200 MS (IRM-200), healthy applied sham operation (SG). Results: Myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity expression increased significantly IRC IRM-100 ovarian tissue compared SG ( P Conclusions: At 200 dose prevented I/R. This data show that can be used I/R treatment.
