摘要: Economically viable concentrations of mineral resources are uncommon among the predominantly silicate-dominated rocks in Earth's crust. Most ore deposits that were mined past or currently being extracted found at near surface, often serendipitously. To meet future demand for resources, exploration success hinges on identifying targets depth, which, one hand, requires advances detection and interpretation techniques geophysical geochemical data. On other however, our knowledge chain events lead to deposit formation is limited. As geoscience embraces an integrated Earth systems approach, considering geodynamic context can provide a step change understanding why, how, when where geological become ore-forming systems. Contributions this volume address challenge by: (i) applying advanced microscale characterization methods; (ii) introducing more rigorous 3D models; (iii) exploring critical behaviour coupled processes; (iv) evaluating role tectonic setting; (v) structural models characterize specific
