摘要: Abstract Male germfree and conventionalized rats, 4 weeks old, were fed a phytate-free diet or containing sodium phytate (1.2% in the first experiment 2.4% second experiment) for 3 weeks. Phytate breakdown apparent absorption of P, Ca Mg determined using Cr 2 O as non-absorbable marker analyzing not only feces but also contents lower small intestine cecum. No was observed GF rats than counterparts. Thus, presence gastrointestinal microflora did increase breakdown, which means that play no major roll rats. Furthermore, it became by comparing fecal data with those large site breakdown. Germfree showed higher their counterparts except phytate. Comparison between phytate-containing diets made clear P less available inorganic dietary decreased Ca.
