摘要: Three-dimensional modulated electrostatic ion-acoustic wave packet in magnetized plasma with electrons obeying kappa distribution is investigated. The standard reductive perturbation theory used to derive the corresponding three-dimensional nonlinear Schrodinger (3D-NLS) equation which governs dynamics, as well slow modulation of packets. Both dispersive and coefficients 3D-NLS are modified by inclusion transverse velocity perturbations, external magnetic field. New instability regimes arise when ion electron temperature ratio σi, spectral index κ (i.e. measuring deviation from Maxwellian equilibrium), gyrofrequency ωci presented. Importantly, latter establishes new that not presented an unmagnetized plasma.
