摘要: Abstract The surface morphology evolution of Ni/W alloys was studied, as a function the alloy composition. Using modified plating baths developed in our laboratory recently, electroplated with different W content, range 7–67 atom percent (a/o), can be obtained. This found to lead structures, ranging from polycrystalline fcc-Ni type structure amorphous, followed by orthorhombic increasing content alloy. Powder XRD studied determine crystal structures. Ex situ STM, AFM and SEM were used study detail morphologies alloys, their content. important findings are that mixture two crystalline forms give rise an amorphous structure. Hillocks usually characteristic epitaxial growth also exist alloys. Oriented scratches caused stress formed. Up 20 a/o is deposited form, Between 20 about 40 a/o observed, above seen, which NiW binary Careful choice composition bath allowed us deposit containing 67 a/o W, corresponds 2 .
