摘要: The time evolution of changes in the optical absorption coefficient with illumination has been studied for $a{\ensuremath{-}\mathrm{A}\mathrm{s}}_{2}{\mathrm{S}}_{3}$ films at 50, 100, 200, and 300 K order to characterize dynamics photodarkening. magnitude is larger lower temperatures. A model photon-assisted site switching proposed variation photodarkening time, which fractional growth concentration photodarkened sites expressed by a stretched exponential function.
