摘要: A similar effect to the well-known reverse Perlin was observed on 1JC–F coupling constants of α- and β-d-glucopyranosyl fluoride tetracetate, both in nonpolar polar solution. This can be called “reverse fluorine Perlin-like effect”, it is shown ruled by dipolar interactions rather than hyperconjugation. The does not have a general relationship with anomeric effect, useful determine structure stereochemistry organofluorine compounds.
