摘要: The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions for topical application the hair comprising effective amounts of a foaming agent, water soluble acrylate or methacrylate polymer copolymer, and quaternized cellulose derivative. compositions, when dispensed through non-aerosol pump apparatus, results in lightweight mousse-like product which excellent hold conditioning hair.
