摘要: This is an initial and exploratory comment on the pilot phase of a study into adolescent female white identity socio-sexual desire in post-apartheid South Africa. In course this it became apparent that historical issues race racism are openly discussed these girls’ classrooms. Yet, despite everyday interactions sensitive current day politics race, specifically related to Affirmative Action Higher Education, not spoken about personal way public spaces such as classroom. Findings from revealed inability, lack opportunity, discuss pertinent learners’ presents futures. brief commentary I argue nonracial ideology, espoused by government cannot become naturalized if learners unable work through some contradictions their present.
