摘要: A new coordination polymer with the chemical formula {[Co(tib)2(H2O)2] · (NO3)2}n(1, tib = 1,3,5-tri (1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzene) is synthesized under N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA) and water conditions. The structure of complex 1 characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography along elemental analysis. Furthermore, a mechanical grinding method used to produce nanostructured (nano 1) average size distribution around 260 nm. To evaluate inhibitory effect nano on human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells, CCK-8 assay performed HEK-293 as normal control cells.
