摘要: This work aimed in preparing nanocelluloses from a unique source of cellulose, viz. phormium (Phormiun tenax) fibers, by different techniques; and evaluate their physicochemical structural properties. It was possible to obtain cellulose nanofibrils with sizes (diameter, length aspect ratio), morphology, crystallinity surface charge mechanical disintegration bleached refined fibers previously modified or not enzymatic oxidative treatments endoglucanases 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (TEMPO), respectively. But it prepare nanocrystals acid hydrolysis, even when trying modify the reaction conditions, possibly due at least partially presence residual hemicelluloses lignin. Process efficiency seemed depend variably on initial state other components such as lignin hemicelluloses. These nanofibers could be used for purposes areas according characteristics.
