摘要: Despite the broad field of applications for active filler alloys brazing ceramics, as well intense research work on wetting and spreading behavior these ceramic surfaces within last decades, manufactured joints still exhibit significant variations in their properties due to high sensitivity changing conditions. This increases need investigations with regard dominating influences combined interdependencies, instead solely focusing single parameter investigations. In this regard, measurements angle area were conducted at solidified AgCuTi CuSnTi SiC substrates. Based measurements, a regression model was generated, illustrating influence temperature, roughness faying surfaces, furnace atmosphere, interdependencies alloys. It revealed that melts significantly influenced by varied parameters, interdependencies. result also predicted developed showed accuracy.
