摘要: Filipendula ulmaria, known as meadowsweet, is a perennial herb found in wild and cultivated habitats Europe Asia. Usage of F. ulmaria traditional medicine based on diuretic, astringent, antirheumatic, anti-inflammatory properties this plant. Exposure to cisplatin at dose 7.5 mg/kg caused significant increase serum parameters liver kidneys function tissue oxidative stress markers along with some histopathological changes kidney tissues experimental rats, well high level genotoxicity. Administration extracts three different concentrations (100, 200, 400 mg/kg/day) for 10 days resulted reduction decrease parameters. Moreover, tested attenuated the genotoxicity reverse dose-dependent manner. had no in vitro cytotoxic activity all applied (IC50 > 50 μg/mL). Tested extracts, rich polyphenolic compounds, attenuate cisplatin-induced stress, reduce damage, enhance antioxidative status animals during application.
