摘要: The dissertation includes three essays. These empirical studies apply structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine key issues in green supply chain management. hypothesized model is tested using a sample of managers derived from Dun and Bradstreet database. data collection through large webbased survey. first essay examines how firm’s proactive environmental management strategy influences operational performance. second the effect top responds pressure rivals stakeholders implement practices. last competitive main competitors firm pursue produce new innovations into marketplace (e.g., focal success) its integration activities.
