摘要: Triclosan (TCS) is an effective broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent that widely used in personal care products. It has been detected different environmental media, and poses high potential ecological risk. In this article, we carried out a literature review of recent studies on the toxic effects TCS from aspects at molecular, cell, tissue, organ, individual level. can exhibit acute toxicity to aquatic organisms, affect normal expression physiological function enzymes genes, produce cytotoxicity. Many have demonstrated exerts significant endocrine-disrupting interfering functions reproductive, thyroid, nervous systems via related signaling pathways. Moreover, reported current research water quality criteria discuss possible future directions.
