摘要: In a previous paper (HOCK, KuHNERT and MOHR, 1965) we have shown that fat degradation in the cotyledons of mustard seedling (Sinapis alba L). is under control active phytochrome (=P730), at least to certain extent. One could imagine P730 might exert this over consumption through isocitritase (E C 4. 1. 3. 1). present demonstrate does not any influence on activity seedling, although enzyme show strong increase following decline during time our experimentation (Fig. 8, 9). - Isocitritase be assayed satisfactory manner raw extract only after adsorption phenolic compounds "Divergan" 1, 3). Furthermore biological unit "seedling" turned out reliable system reference for determined extract. Puromycin strongly inhibits synthesis whereas Actinomycin D hardly effective 10). It has been concluded there exist relatively stable m-RNA which formed early stage germination. Regulation occur level translation. The evidence conclusion convincing, however; other interpretations are excluded.
