摘要: Following complex crush and avulsion hand injuries with significant tissue loss exposed vital structures, microvascular transplantation can reliably provide soft coverage in one setting. Rectus abdominis muscle free flaps are frequently used reconstruction because of the ease dissection, low donor site morbidity, reliable, large diameter vessels for anastomosis, supine positioning patient, allowing two teams surgeons to work simultaneously reducing operative time.’ Because segmental innervation rectus muscle, it is not functional transplantation, innervating intercostal nerves routinely sacrificed during harvesting muscle. We propose that within sheath be primary nerve grafting complicated when requires attempted injury.
