摘要: INTRODUCTION The genetic architecture of fitness-related traits in Drosophila is usually studied using populations that have been maintained the laboratory for some period time, sometimes years (e.g., Ehiobu et al. 1989; Santiago Garcia 1994). A population captivity may suffer from joint action random drift and adaptation to captivity, with variable outcomes, depending on particular circumstances. For example, frequent bottlenecks occurring induce a purge deleterious recessive genes (see, e.g., Wang 1999). In contrast, alleles become more common under benign conditions, as consequence (Hoffmann 2001; Woodworth 2002). It therefore possible constitution captive substantially differs wild origin. We compared estimates parameters (additive variance inbreeding depression) obtained recently captured (Rodriguez-Ramilo 2004) those same after two conditions.
